Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Deshi's website, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Our Services
Deshi designs and builds websites, e-commerce stores, dropshipping platforms, logistics tools, and order management systems for businesses and entrepreneurs. The scope, timeline, and deliverables of any specific project are agreed separately with each client before work begins.
Use of the Website
You agree to use our website and Services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this site by any third party. You must not misuse our Services by knowingly introducing viruses, attempting unauthorized access, or disrupting the normal operation of the Site.
Project Engagements
Where you engage Deshi for a paid project (such as a website, platform, or software build), the specific scope, pricing, milestones, and payment terms will be set out in a separate proposal, quote, or agreement. These Terms apply in addition to, and do not replace, any signed project agreement.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Deshi and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Ownership of custom project deliverables (such as source code or design files) transfers to the client upon full payment, unless stated otherwise in the project agreement.
Third-Party Links and Services
Our Services may link to or integrate with third-party platforms (such as Shopify, courier partners, or payment processors). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deshi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Services or for legal and operational reasons. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date above.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless a separate signed project agreement states otherwise.
